Our Wynwood project is a craftsman style new home construction project located in the Timbergrove section of Houston. For there new 3,00 square foot home, our clients were looking for transitional design elements that were classic and timeless. 

The exterior of the house is Naval by Sherwin Williams, has an Austin chopped limestone apron and prairie style windows. We were tasked with creating a harmonious and cozy atmosphere inside the home. White Oak hardwood floors in a medium finish appear throughout the home. We selected light fixtures that were impressive but also timeless from Visual Comfort and Shades of Light, including a beaded chandelier in the master bathroom. The all white kitchen includes beveled subway tile, quartz countertops with veining, and chunky black cabinet hardware. For the master bathroom, we created a marble look complimented with white subway tile walls. Pivot mirrors with antique brass adorn the walls. Encaustic tile is featured in the guest bathroom and navy appears again for the jack and jill bathroom vanities.
