A living room and master bathroom remodel located in the quaint neighborhood of Memorial Heights just northwest of downtown Houston. This 2,200 square foot project was completed in two phases. The first phase is the master bathroom remodel. We designed and installed new vanity built ins. The focal point of the room is the ombre penny round tile backsplash. We also replaced the existing countertop with a Carrara marble one. The rustic chrome plumbing fixtures are from Delta and the pivot mirrors are from Restoration Hardware. 

The second phase was a completely redesigned living room. We designed a custom upholstered sofa with antique bronze nailhead details. We also added to the room a leather wing back chair from Crate & Barrel, as well as a new coffee table from Bernhardt. In order to modernize the marble top dining table family heirloom, we painted the dining chairs a charcoal grey and reupholstered the seat cushions in a novelty stripe pattern. We added custom slate blue velvet drapery and decor to complete the overall look.
